Clarivida means “seeing clearly”. My goal is to provide individuals and teams with a clearer mind-set to help unlock true potential.

After graduating from Durham University with a 2:1 in French and Spanish, I pursued a brief career in professional rugby and have since been working in the financial markets for over 17 years.

With a curious mind and always exploring the bigger picture, I qualified as an executive coach (ICF approved). I also hold a qualification in Yoga Nidra (a deep state of meditation).
